It achieved a price of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 3,474.37), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Admittedly, works by Manfred Pernice have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kaskel Treff in July 2021 with an auction result of EUR 32,500.00.

Die Arbeit Hugellandschraft Nach Yves Tanguy; Strassenszene Nach Radziwil von Manfred Pernice kam im September 2016 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 3.474,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Manfred Pernice auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Kaskel Treff im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 32.500,00.
