A top price for Tsuyoshi Maekawa
The work Work by Tsuyoshi Maekawa was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Asian Art Evening Sale auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2016. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 2,600,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 2,720,000.00 (€ 320,087.58). With this result, Work is even the most expensive work of art by Tsuyoshi Maekawa that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Tsuyoshi Maekawa
Die Arbeit Work von Tsuyoshi Maekawa wurde im Oktober 2016 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Asian Art Evening Sale bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 2.600.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 2.720.000,00 (€ 320.087,58) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Work sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Tsuyoshi Maekawa, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
