The work Sphere by Lydia Masterkova was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in October 2019. It achieved a price of USD 3,000.00 (€ 2,689.38), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lydia Masterkova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 81,600.00 (€ 120,969.07).

Die Arbeit Sphere von Lydia Masterkova kam im Oktober 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 3.000,00 (€ 2.689,38) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lydia Masterkova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.600,00 (€ 120.969,07).
