Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2017 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Abstraction 1 And Abstraction 2 by Lydia Masterkova. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,850.57). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lydia Masterkova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 81,600.00 (€ 120,969.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2017 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Abstraction 1 And Abstraction 2 von Lydia Masterkova zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.850,57) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lydia Masterkova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.600,00 (€ 120.969,07).
