Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Shabby Alley No.2 by Luo Qing was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2006. The price achieved of HKD 102,000.00 (€ 10,245.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Other works by Luo Qing have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2008 the work The Falling Leaf was auctioned for HKD 211,500.00 (€ 17,412.05).

Die Arbeit Shabby Alley No.2 von Luo Qing wurde im Mai 2006 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 102.000,00 (€ 10.245,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden.
