Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Flying by Luo Qing was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2009. It changed hands for a price of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 11,829.73) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 80,000.00 – 140,000.00. Other works by Luo Qing have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2008 the work The Falling Leaf was auctioned for HKD 211,500.00 (€ 17,412.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Flying von Luo Qing kam im November 2009 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 11.829,73) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 140.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Luo Qing konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2008 die Arbeit The Falling Leaf für HKD 211.500,00 (€ 17.412,05) versteigert.
