Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of The Medicine King by Luo Pin was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 1,200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 1,375,000.00 (€ 160,636.66). Admittedly, works by Luo Pin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bamboo And Stone in April 2013 with an auction result of HKD 8,050,000.00 (€ 788,005.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of The Medicine King von Luo Pin kam im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 1.200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 1.375.000,00 (€ 160.636,66) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Luo Pin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bamboo And Stone im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 8.050.000,00 (€ 788.005,01).
