The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Summer: the Harvest ('Le Repas de Paysans') in April 2007 with an auction result of USD 2,840,000.00 (€ 2,079,062.96).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 131.450,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucas van Valckenborch erzielen.
