The work Looking Afar From The Mountain by Lu Xiaoman was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in June 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 38,250.00 (€ 4,154.94), 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lu Xiaoman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Horses In The Autumn Woods in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 403,200.00 (€ 43,168.88).

Die Arbeit Looking Afar From The Mountain von Lu Xiaoman wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 38.250,00 (€ 4.154,94) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lu Xiaoman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Horses In The Autumn Woods im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 403.200,00 (€ 43.168,88).
