Admittedly, works by Lu Xiaoman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Horses In The Autumn Woods in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 403,200.00 (€ 43,168.88).

Die Arbeit Goldfish in Lotus Pond von Lu Xiaoman kam im Januar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 44.625,00 (€ 5.244,20) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lu Xiaoman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Horses In The Autumn Woods im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 403.200,00 (€ 43.168,88).
