Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy In Regular Script by Lu Xiaoman was sold in the Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 47,200.00 (€ 4,980.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 25,000.00 – 55,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lu Xiaoman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Horses In The Autumn Woods in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 403,200.00 (€ 43,168.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Regular Script von Lu Xiaoman wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.200,00 (€ 4.980,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 25.000,00 – 55.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lu Xiaoman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Horses In The Autumn Woods im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 403.200,00 (€ 43.168,88).
