Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Work of Arts by Lü Shengzhong was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2010. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,194.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lü Shengzhong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Magic And Acrobatics (Four Works) in October 2011 with an auction result of HKD 1,220,000.00 (€ 112,666.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Work of Arts von Lü Shengzhong kam im Mai 2010 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.194,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lü Shengzhong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Magic And Acrobatics (Four Works) im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.220.000,00 (€ 112.666,52).
