Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lion by Lu Qingyuan was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May last year. The price achieved of HKD 189,000.00 (€ 22,438.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Other works by Lu Qingyuan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December last year the work Peacock and Azaleas was auctioned for HKD 226,800.00 (€ 27,178.69).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lion von Lu Qingyuan kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 189.000,00 (€ 22.438,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Lu Qingyuan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres die Arbeit Peacock and Azaleas für HKD 226.800,00 (€ 27.178,69) versteigert.
