Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2013 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings, which included the work Flying Eagle by Lu Qingyuan. The price achieved of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 16,591.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Other works by Lu Qingyuan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December last year the work Peacock and Azaleas was auctioned for HKD 226,800.00 (€ 27,178.69).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2013 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flying Eagle von Lu Qingyuan zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 16.591,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Lu Qingyuan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember letzten Jahres die Arbeit Peacock and Azaleas für HKD 226.800,00 (€ 27.178,69) versteigert.
