Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Lotus Pond No.76 2015 by Lu Chuntao was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2015. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 180,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 188,800.00 (€ 22,056.87). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lu Chuntao - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Egrets In Autumn, which sold at auction in December 2015 for CNY 413,000.00 (€ 58,722.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lotus Pond No.76 2015 von Lu Chuntao kam im Oktober 2015 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 180.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 188.800,00 (€ 22.056,87) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Lu Chuntao mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Egrets In Autumn beobachtet, die im Dezember 2015 für CNY 413.000,00 (€ 58.722,90) versteigert wurde.
