Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Louise Bonnet was auctioned at Phillips in New York in July this year. The price achieved of USD 24,130.00 (€ 21,896.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louise Bonnet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Ice Skater in April last year with an auction result of HKD 5,670,000.00 (€ 685,544.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Louise Bonnet kam im Juli diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 24.130,00 (€ 21.896,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Louise Bonnet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Ice Skater im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.670.000,00 (€ 685.544,27).
