In June 2001 Christies in London held the auction BRITISH & CONTINENTAL WATERCOLOURS,DRAWINGS & ILLUSTRATIONS, which included the work Fishing Vessels Moored In A Harbour; And Fishing Vessels In A Harbour By Sunset by Louis Van Staaten.
