Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of a girl, three-quarter length, in a silk dress holding a sheet of music and a sprig of roses, seated in a landscape by Louis-Roland Trinquesse was sold in the Old Masters, 19th Century and Impressionist Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in May 2014. The price achieved of EUR 15,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis-Roland Trinquesse achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An interior with two ladies and a gentleman in October 2006 with an auction result of USD 968,000.00 (€ 757,848.59).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait of a girl, three-quarter length, in a silk dress holding a sheet of music and a sprig of roses, seated in a landscape von Louis-Roland Trinquesse wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Old Masters, 19th Century and Impressionist Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert.
