It achieved a price of USD 90,000.00 (€ 66,899.58), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Admittedly, works by Louis Rémy Mignot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work River Scene, Ecuador in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 422,500.00 (€ 341,717.89).

Die Arbeit Autumn Landscape von Louis Rémy Mignot kam im Mai 2007 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 90.000,00 (€ 66.899,58) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Louis Rémy Mignot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit River Scene, Ecuador im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 422.500,00 (€ 341.717,89).
