Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2018 Sothebys in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Online, which included the work Le Soir Sur Les Grands Boulevards À Paris by Louis Hayet. The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,146.30), 19% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis Hayet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bord De L'Oise À L'Aube, Pontoise in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 158,500.00 (€ 128,194.76).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2018 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Soir Sur Les Grands Boulevards À Paris von Louis Hayet zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 4.750,00 (€ 4.146,30) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Louis Hayet erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bord De L'Oise À L'Aube, Pontoise im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 158.500,00 (€ 128.194,76).
