Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2004 Christies in London held the auction Important British Art, which included the work Two Interiors Of The Great Exhibition: The Medieval Court; And The Austrian Court by Louis Haghe. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 13,145.00 (€ 18,909.01) could thus just exceed the lower estimate.
