Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Old Pavilion by Long Chin-San was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 250,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 275,000.00 (€ 32,459.84). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Long Chin-San - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mountain Huang, which sold at auction in April 2017 for HKD 812,500.00 (€ 95,904.08).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Old Pavilion von Long Chin-San kam im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 250.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 275.000,00 (€ 32.459,84) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Long Chin-San mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mountain Huang beobachtet, die im April 2017 für HKD 812.500,00 (€ 95.904,08) versteigert wurde.
