Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Calligraphy In Clerical Script by Liu Bingsen was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 26,400.00 (€ 3,383.05). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Liu Bingsen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Couplet In Clerical Script in April this year with an auction result of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 61,271.74).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Clerical Script von Liu Bingsen wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 25.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 26.400,00 (€ 3.383,05) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Liu Bingsen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Couplet In Clerical Script im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 61.271,74).
