A top price for Lien Chien-Hsing
In November 2007 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art, which included the work Guarding Sukhavati (the Land of the Pure) by Lien Chien-Hsing. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 463,500.00 (€ 40,518.38), 55% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Guarding Sukhavati (the Land of the Pure) the most expensive artwork by Lien Chien-Hsing that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2007 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Guarding Sukhavati (the Land of the Pure) von Lien Chien-Hsing zur Versteigerung kam.
