A top price for Liang Boyu
In October 2014 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Apricot Garden in Spring by Liang Boyu. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 86,250.00 (€ 8,879.69). With this result, Apricot Garden in Spring is even the most expensive work of art by Liang Boyu that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Liang Boyu
Im Oktober 2014 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Apricot Garden in Spring von Liang Boyu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 86.250,00 (€ 8.879,69) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Apricot Garden in Spring sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Liang Boyu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
