Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In February last year Phillips in an online auction held the auction My Kawaii Valentine: Online Auction, which included the work Banquet under a melon by Li Jin. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 176,400.00 (€ 20,101.18), 18% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Feast (Set Of Five) in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 2,840,000.00 (€ 319,968.53).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Februar letzten Jahres führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion My Kawaii Valentine: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Banquet under a melon von Li Jin zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 176.400,00 (€ 20.101,18) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Feast (Set Of Five) im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.840.000,00 (€ 319.968,53).
