Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Child Wearing Scarf by Li Jikai was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. The price achieved of HKD 138,000.00 (€ 13,095.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Admittedly, works by Li Jikai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Growth Time in March 2008 with an auction result of USD 109,000.00 (€ 68,965.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Child Wearing Scarf von Li Jikai kam im Oktober 2013 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 138.000,00 (€ 13.095,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Li Jikai auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Growth Time im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 109.000,00 (€ 68.965,52).
