Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Scenes of Shu Mountains by Li Huasheng was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2007. It achieved a price of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 15,298.20), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Li Huasheng - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cottage under Pine, which sold at auction in May 2014 for HKD 325,000.00 (€ 30,736.80).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Scenes of Shu Mountains von Li Huasheng kam im November 2007 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 15.298,20) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Für andere Arbeiten von Li Huasheng mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cottage under Pine beobachtet, die im Mai 2014 für HKD 325.000,00 (€ 30.736,80) versteigert wurde.
