Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mount Qingcheng by Li Huasheng was sold in the Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in February 2021. The price achieved of HKD 12,500.00 (€ 1,332.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Huasheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cottage under Pine in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 30,736.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mount Qingcheng von Li Huasheng wurde im Februar 2021 in der Auktion Dawn of Spring: Chinese Paintings Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 12.500,00 (€ 1.332,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Huasheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cottage under Pine im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 30.736,80).
