This artwork by Leonid Sokov achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2021. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Half a Prick sold for GBP 32,760.00 (€ 38,463.32) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Leonid Sokov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lenin And Giacometti, which sold at auction in June 2018 for GBP 68,750.00 (€ 77,699.22).
