Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2017 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo, which included the work Lavoro nei campi by Leonardo Roda. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,800.00. Admittedly, works by Leonardo Roda have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Il Cervino, 1916 in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 7,350.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2017 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lavoro nei campi von Leonardo Roda zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.800,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Leonardo Roda auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Il Cervino, 1916 im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.350,00.
