Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Leonardo Roda could be acquired at Il Ponte in November 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Litorale ligure changed hands for EUR 600.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 700.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Leonardo Roda achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il Cervino, 1916 in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 7,350.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Leonardo Roda konnte im November 2020 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Litorale ligure für EUR 600,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Leonardo Roda erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il Cervino, 1916 im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.350,00.
