The price achieved of GBP 7,767.50 (€ 11,173.51) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Near Le Puy, France is the most expensive artwork by Leonard Richmond that we have observed at auctions so far.
