Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2013 Christies in London held the auction Important Russian Art, which included the work Bust Of A Young Girl by Léon Indenbaum. The price achieved of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,273.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Léon Indenbaum have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Artist'S Wife And Daughter in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 61,875.00 (€ 72,219.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2013 führte Christies in London die Auktion Important Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bust Of A Young Girl von Léon Indenbaum zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.273,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Léon Indenbaum auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Artist'S Wife And Daughter im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 61.875,00 (€ 72.219,21).
