Auction result misses estimated price range
In November this year a collector was able to acquire the work "Promenad i eftermiddagssolen" by Lennart Jirlow for SEK 28,000.00 (€ 2,459.11). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lennart Jirlow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cycling in Provence in April 2016 with an auction result of SEK 500,000.00 (€ 54,409.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Promenad i eftermiddagssolen" von Lennart Jirlow für SEK 28.000,00 (€ 2.459,11) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lennart Jirlow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cycling in Provence im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 500.000,00 (€ 54.409,58).
