Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work On the restaurant by Lennart Jirlow was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 125,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 135,000.00 (€ 11,632.25). Admittedly, works by Lennart Jirlow have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cycling in Provence in April 2016 with an auction result of SEK 500,000.00 (€ 54,409.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit On the restaurant von Lennart Jirlow kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 125.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 135.000,00 (€ 11.632,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lennart Jirlow auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cycling in Provence im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 500.000,00 (€ 54.409,58).
