In April 2016 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included this untitled work by Lee Ungno. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 200,000.00 (€ 22,533.00), 33% above the upper estimate. Other works by Lee Ungno have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 43,343.06) in May 2016 for the work without title.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 33 % übertroffen
Im April 2016 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Lee Ungno zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 200.000,00 (€ 22.533,00) und damit 33% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Lee Ungno haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 43.343,06) im Mai 2016 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
