Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ideograms by Lee Ungno was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2000. Here, the upper estimate of USD 32,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 32,200.00 (€ 33,632.76). Other works by Lee Ungno have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 43,343.06) in May 2016 for the work without title.

Die Arbeit Ideograms von Lee Ungno kam im März 2000 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 32.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 32.200,00 (€ 33.632,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Lee Ungno haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 43.343,06) im Mai 2016 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
