Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Nimet Eloui Bey, vers 1930 by Lee Miller was auctioned at Christies in Paris in June 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,625.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lee Miller achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nude in April 2021 with an auction result of USD 504,000.00 (€ 418,952.62).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nimet Eloui Bey, vers 1930 von Lee Miller kam im Juni 2021 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.625,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lee Miller erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nude im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 504.000,00 (€ 418.952,62).
