The work PYRENEAN COUPLE by Le Thi Luu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 52,500.00 (€ 6,160.18), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 31%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Le Thi Luu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Two children in garden in April last year with an auction result of HKD 6,300,000.00 (€ 761,715.86).

Die Arbeit PYRENEAN COUPLE von Le Thi Luu kam im Mai 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 52.500,00 (€ 6.160,18) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 31%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Le Thi Luu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Two children in garden im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.300.000,00 (€ 761.715,86).
