Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Lazare Volovick was sold in the Ecole de Paris 1905-1939, The Jewish Artists auction at Bonhams in London in March 2021. The price achieved of GBP 1,402.50 (€ 1,647.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Lazare Volovick have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nature Morte Aux Faïences in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 8,674.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Lazare Volovick wurde im März 2021 in der Auktion Ecole de Paris 1905-1939, The Jewish Artists bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.402,50 (€ 1.647,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lazare Volovick auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Faïences im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.674,00.
