Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2011 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Ecole de Paris, which included the work Interieur, Circa 1930 by Lazare Volovick. The price achieved of EUR 893.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lazare Volovick have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nature Morte Aux Faïences in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 8,674.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2011 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Ecole de Paris durch, in der auch die Arbeit Interieur, Circa 1930 von Lazare Volovick zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 893,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lazare Volovick auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Faïences im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.674,00.
