Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March 2011 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Ecole de Paris 1905-1939, which included the work Bateau Aux Drapeaux by Lazare Volovick. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,188.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lazare Volovick - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nature Morte Aux Faïences, which sold at auction in December 2007 for EUR 8,674.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März 2011 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Ecole de Paris 1905-1939 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bateau Aux Drapeaux von Lazare Volovick zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.188,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Lazare Volovick mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Faïences beobachtet, die im Dezember 2007 für EUR 8.674,00 versteigert wurde.
