In March 2007 Christies in New York held the auction Fine American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, which included the work Yellow Roses by Laura Coombs Hills. The price achieved of USD 18,000.00 (€ 13,458.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Other works by Laura Coombs Hills have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2017 the work Larkspur and Lilies was auctioned for USD 21,250.00 (€ 17,860.14).
