It achieved a price of USD 47,880.00 (€ 43,369.57), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by László Moholy-Nagy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Em 1 Telephonbild (Em 1 Telephone Picture) in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 6,087,500.00 (€ 5,754,868.60).

Die Arbeit Konstruktion IV, from 6. Kestner-Mappe 6 Konstruktionen von László Moholy-Nagy kam im April diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 47.880,00 (€ 43.369,57) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von László Moholy-Nagy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Em 1 Telephonbild (Em 1 Telephone Picture) im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.087.500,00 (€ 5.754.868,60).
