Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Delsbo", 1990 by Lars Tunbjörk was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,201.93). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lars Tunbjörk - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Flemingsberg", 1989, which sold at auction in October this year for SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,081.38).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Delsbo", 1990 von Lars Tunbjörk im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.201,93) den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Lars Tunbjörk mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Flemingsberg", 1989 beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.081,38) versteigert wurde.
