Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "George Plimpton, Jared Paul Stern and Cameron Richardson, Fashion Shoot, Elaine‘s, New York City, January 1999" by Larry Fink was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year. The price achieved of SEK 18,000.00 (€ 1,524.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Larry Fink achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 82 Photographs 1974 To 1982, (Social Graces) in April 2006 with an auction result of USD 48,000.00 (€ 38,022.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "George Plimpton, Jared Paul Stern and Cameron Richardson, Fashion Shoot, Elaine‘s, New York City, January 1999" von Larry Fink kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 18.000,00 (€ 1.524,41) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Larry Fink erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 82 Photographs 1974 To 1982, (Social Graces) im April 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 48.000,00 (€ 38.022,81).
