Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "George Plimpton, Jared Paul Stern and Cameron Richardson, Fashion Shoot, Elaine‘s, New York City, January 1999" by Larry Fink was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October this year. The price achieved of SEK 18,000.00 (€ 1,524.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Larry Fink achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 82 Photographs 1974 To 1982, (Social Graces) in April 2006 with an auction result of USD 48,000.00 (€ 38,022.81).
