Auction result well in line with expectations
In July last year POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Autumn View by Lan Ying. It changed hands for a price of HKD 480,000.00 (€ 59,894.14) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lan Ying achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscapes in March 2019 with an auction result of HKD 29,870,000.00 (€ 3,389,239.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli letzten Jahres führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Autumn View von Lan Ying zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 480.000,00 (€ 59.894,14) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lan Ying erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscapes im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 29.870.000,00 (€ 3.389.239,40).
