A top price for Lan Ying
In March 2019 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscapes by Lan Ying. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 29,870,000.00 (€ 3,389,239.40), 66% above the upper estimate. This high result makes Landscapes the most expensive artwork by Lan Ying that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2019 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscapes von Lan Ying zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 29.870.000,00 (€ 3.389.239,40) und damit 66% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieses hohe Ergebnis macht Landscapes zu dem teuersten Kunstwerk von Lan Ying, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
