Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by KYNE achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in May 2021. In the Contemporary Showcase: Kawaii Pop auction, the work without title sold for HKD 119,700.00 (€ 12,653.21) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 55,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by KYNE achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in June 2021 with an auction result of HKD 1,512,000.00 (€ 164,242.40).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von KYNE erzielte im Mai 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Showcase: Kawaii Pop wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für HKD 119.700,00 (€ 12.653,21) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 55.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von KYNE erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.512.000,00 (€ 164.242,40).
